Katie was able to create, and scale, one of the fastest-growing jewelry subscription box businesses of 2019. Everything seemed to be going great, the jewelry business was booming...but then the pandemic hit. Quickly, people all over the world were out of jobs, manufacturing and supply chains were disrupted, and Katie's business began to crumble right before her eyes.

Katie was just one of the millions of people affected by the pandemic, she lost everything that she had worked so hard for, but through it all Katie learned a valuable lesson.
